 I am certainly no stranger to the people of the State Representative, District 7, consisting of Caddo, DeSoto and Sabine parishes. I have dedicated 44 years to teaching the children, and being an active participant in the local governmental, and civic organizations. As the owner and operator of Bagley Agency, I am well aware of the everyday struggles of a small business.
